After being in quarantine for 8 weeks and businesses and schools still working through how to function safely and effectively for the foreseeable future due to COVID-19, the job market has stagnated for personal trainers and strength coaches alike due to shutdowns or limited capacity. So this site was created to allow athletes and the general population to be able to continue training with an online coach and still reach there goals through exercise training programs and education regarding training, nutrition, and sleep. Let’s get after it!
