Personal Training Programs

Whether you’re an athlete or general population, please consult your doctor before starting a fitness program.

Athletes

Athlete programs can be made for middle school, high school, or college athletes. Programs will include warm-ups, speed, agility, plyometrics, explosive work, strength training, and any mobility or stability work based on your needs and training history. Programs are completely designed for you to elevate your performance on the field and reduce injuries! All programs will get a free consultation (virtual or in-person) to learn your background, goals, and injury history. Options and Pricing

  • $40.00 per month: 3-day total body or 4-day Upper/Lower-Upper/Lower program with a consultation at the end of every 4-week cycle to review progress and make adjustments as needed.
  • $40.00 per week (billed $160 monthly): 3-day total body or 4-day Upper/Lower-Upper/Lower program with meetings once a week to review progress and make adjustments weekly. This ensures that by the following week your program is going smoothly and constantly adjusting based on your schedule and needs.
  • $40.00 per session (in person or virtual): You will train with me each and every session to ensure proper technique and adjust your program daily. This will provide the most accurate program to ensure you are training to your full potential each and every session! This will include testing any parameters you or your coach find important for your sport throughout the program i.e. 40yd dash, pro-agility, vertical jump, broad jump, squat, bench, deadlift, cleans, snatches, and/or jerks, etc. *Equipment must be provided by the consumer or the gym you work out in.
  • $TBD Large Team Program: Are you a sport coach that’s looking for a strength training program to provide for your team? Email me to discuss a quote! Price will vary based on size of team and specificity of what you want in your strength training program.

General Population

These programs are designed for people looking to stay fit or start a new healthy lifestyle. Remember that there is no age limit for fitness! It is never too late to start a fitness program and improve your physical and mental health. The program is designed to increase your strength, fitness, mobility, and stability to improve your health and wellness. The same as the athlete programs, all programs will get a free consultation (virtual or in-person) to learn your background, goals, and injury/health history. Options and Pricing

  • $30 per month: A monthly training program that is designed specifically for you to reach your goals. This can be designed as a 2-day, 3-day, or 4-day training program. You will also get a monthly meeting with me (virtual or in-person) to review your training and make any adjustments for the following month. This will only cost you a dollar a day!
  • $40.00 per session (in person or virtual): You will train with me each and every session to ensure proper technique and adjust your program daily. This will provide the most accurate program to ensure you are training to your full potential each and every session!

Home Workouts

No equipment? No problem! Body weight programs are available to help you keep training in the comfort of your home! If you have some equipment, let me know so we can utilize them! You can do a lot with just a few dumbbells and bands. Programs are made 4-weeks at a time and sent by email once payment has been received.   • $30 per month: A body weight or minimal equipment program that is designed specifically for you to work around any health issues or past injuries that may affect your training at the comfort of training at home. This comes with a monthly meeting with me (virtually) to discuss how your training went and if we need to adjust your program for the following month.
  • $40 per session (in person or virtual): You will train with me virtually each and every session to ensure proper technique and adjust your program daily. We use any equipment you have at home to get the most out of your program, but can also do body weight only if equipment isn’t available.
